Keeping a diary or a chronicle of past events is a longstanding tradition in many religious communities. In those Chronicles the living Spirit shines forth: hardships, difficulties, and the great blessings and joys God bestows on his lowly servants are preserved for later generations to learn and to share in the lives and prayers of those who are already gone to the other world. We will follow this tradition as well and will keep track of events in the life of our community. May the Holy Spirit direct our lives and our prayers so that we become one in Christ.
An ongoing process in our community is Formation. Continuous Formation helps us to deepen our understanding of the Faith and of the Church. At the same time we deepen our relationship with Jesus Christ. We also learn about ways to improve our prayer and how to live the Gospel in our society. And, of course, regular prayer, meditation and Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament show us the ways of the Holy Spirit in our own lives and in the life of the Church. As those are constant and regular events of our daily life we won't include them in our Chronicle.
